What machines do we service?
We service front and top loader washers and dryers. We also service stackable machines, but we do not service washer-dryer combos.
What brands do we not service?
Apologies, we currently do not service Samsung machines.
Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
Our diagnostic fee is included in our service fee. To keep things simple, we charge a flat price that fee includes drive time, labor, diagnostic and no hidden fees.
What can I expect when i ask to book an appointment?
We will ask you for the following information: first and last name, company name, address of property or home, email address, and current issue with the machine.
What brands do we service?
We service most brands including Speed Queen, Maytag, Whirlpool, LG, and GE.
Are parts an extra cost on top of the service fee?
Yes, any parts that are needing replacement will be charged on the invoice along with the shipping cost.
What is the typical wait time for service?
We do our best to get out to you either same day or next day.
Do I need to prepay and what forms of payment do you accept?
Prepaying may be necessary for parts costing $100 or more.
We accept currently cash, personal checks, and Zelle. You can find the details on the invoice that we will send to your email address. Direct deposit is available for reoccurring clients.
